| Its ok if its a toy gun and doesn't work, as long as you don't pull it out on anyone. |

| It is legal to have that in your vehicle, however, IF you were ever to pull it on someone (police officer or not), be ready to face the consequences if you HAD pulled a real gun. It is a toy, so it is not considered a "deadly weapon", but you could still rack up charges for things like brandishing.
I recommend you get rid of the airsoft and get yourself a real Glock, or better yet a Sig. Get yourself a concealed carry permit and stash it under the seat like you have the airsoft. In the event you involved in a situation where you actually had to USE a weapon, I'm sure you'd much rather be slinging lead than plastic.

| The legality issue of possessing it has already been addressed. As far as pointing it at someone, if the person felt that you posed an immediate threat of death or bodily harm, that could be sufficient grounds in charging you. |

| Well yeah I think thats perfectly okay. Honestly, Im sure this is covered under that law about women with those drivers seat dummies they use for self defense. However, to be sure that it sends the message you want to send you should ride with it on your dashboard like a real OG. |

| It is completly illegal to take a red tip off of ANY toy gun! The police would still arrest you, its a law to keep that tip on. If you pulled it on anyone, you would be arrested for it! get your head out of your ass and think for once! |

| You must have IDIOT tattooed on your forehead. IT NOT SMART TO HAVE ANY THING LOOKING LIKE A REAL GUN UNDER SEATS. You could get shot or arrested.
Its probably legal just NOT SMART. I would leave it in PLAIN SITE |

| If it's not a real firearm but it looks like one, it needs the red tip to show that it isnt a real firearm. You better have a damn good explanation to the cops on why you removed the red tip if you ever get searched. |

| absolutly not. I am a student cop and if a cop stops you and see's it in the car they might draw their guns at you and tell you to get out of the car. Put it in the trunk if going out somewhere. Also tell the officer you have it in the car so they know what is comming if they search.
Plus always tell a cop your always move. Going in the gove box, tell the cop, they might pull the gun or taser if they think you are suspicious. It's for their safety.
Good Luck - - and don't get stoped :) |

| Federal law mandates that all replica firearms MUST HAVE the orange tip. if you do not have that tip on it is illegal and you're subject to fines at the least.
also it's a conceiled weapon if it's in the front under your seat , especially with out that tip. that is HIGHLY illegal if you don't have a liscense for 'conceal and carry'. |
