Where can I find a safe and LEGAL way to sell my Glock 21 in West Philadelphia?

I have a Glock 21 that I am trying to get rid of in West Philadelphia. It is legal and registered to me, but I am moving to Japan and I want to find a place to sell it ASAP. Suggestions?

Registered to you? How can that be since Pennsylvania doesn't have registration...... I think you are confusing the fact that you legally purchased it from a dealer and 'registration'. Here's the gun laws in your state, looks like you need a license holder to transfer, but read them yourself please.....

if you cant find anyone to sell it to anyone, hock it, but im assuming you need a bill of sale as proof, you could also call the cops and ask them

Any gun shop will do. Check out the Army Navy store or there's a pretty good store on 309N just outside philadelphia. BTW, if you are in the city limits of Philadelphia, it is illegal to have a gun.

You can sell it to any FFL dealer. This is the safest way. They have log it into their books when they get it, and they have to log it out when they sell it or otherwise dispose of it, so you are clear from any further legal liability.
