I have a glock 32 with 357sig & 40cal barrels. Can you also use a model 19 barrel & mags for another caliber?

NO! the tolerances of the 40sw and 357sig barrels are identical, the model 19 is a smaller OD and won't fit properly.

No, the only reason why you can interchange these two with just swapping out the barrel is, because the .357 sig is a .40S&W case necked down to accept the .357 diameter projectile. The magazines, slide, ejector, and every thing else is the same as the .40 cal. model of the same size.
