There is really no reason you can't just pull the slide back after taking the magazine out. I have never had a problem with my G17, or any other GLOCK I've owned.

take the clip out and pull back on the gun

Point the gun in a safe direction, eject the magazine, and pull back on the slide. If that won't work, take it to a gunsmith - you bent something.

OK, first - and I apologize if this comes off sounding ignorant, but we get a lot of Airsoft questions here that don't specify at first - is this a real GLOCK, or an airsoft Glock? I've never heard of a Glock pistol suffering a major problem from anything less than a major incident. Is the weapon loaded? That is to say, is there a round in the chamber? If it is, start calling gunsmiths, don't even try it yourself. If you aren't sure, start calling gunsmiths. Remove the magazine and put it away before you try anything else. If there wasn't a mag in the well when it bounced down the stairs, inspect for something jammed there. If there was, inspect the mag - is it damaged, is it possible there's a broken piece of it jammed in the upper half of the weapon? Inspect where the slides mates to the frame - anything jammed in between? Check closely around the muzzle and guide rod, and around the slide stop. Is the slide stop bent? The disassembly tabs not jammed in an odd position? Nothing visibly stuck where it shouldn't be? Not loaded? Magazine in another room? Still won't cycle? Clamp the slide in a padded vice, muzzle down, grab around the grip (Finger off the trigger!) and push down.

you dropped it down the stairs and you are calling IT stupid?? just kidding, the other day, after handling firearms for 40 years, I dropped my Para Ord nitehawg and destroyed the rear night sight. First time I ever dropped one. I haven't seen a glock jam like that. I'm sure you have tried the obvious, dropping the mag, and with it in a safe direction trying to force the slide back, and since there isn't much else you can do at home, I'd take it to a gunsmith. But, call ahead and let him know you are bringing it in with a live round in the chamber. Good luck and let us know what it turns out to be.

Throw it away and buy a real gun.

Maybe you caused the recoil guide rod to get jammed sideways, out of whack, if it impacted the nose of the Glock, just under the barrel. This would explain not being able to rack the slide back to clear a jam. Is there enough give that you can rack it back enough to use the breakdown tabs to get the slide off of the frame? If so, you might be able to free the jarred guide rod, and seat it back into the correct place on the barrel/ frame of the slide. If this is some stupid Airsoft Glock...Don't waste our time. Airsoft is lame... I own the G22, G27, shoot both in GSSF matches since the mid 90's, and have only had a stove pipe jam once or twice. My bad!

remove the mag and manually try to pull the slide back. If that doesn't work try to pull the slide back far enough to see the firing pin spacer sleeve, http://www.brownells.com/aspx/ns/schematics/schemmfg.aspx?schemid=858&m=27&mn=Glock%c2%ae&model=Models+17+-+39+ if you can do that I can walk you through it. If not you may have bent the frame rails which is extremely hard to do. You can email me at handsomeheckler@yahoo.com

When you figure out how to unload it. Take that piece of S... back to the gun dealer and buy a SIG instead. These DO NOT Malfunction.
