10mm Fanatic here! Actually the G20 is chambered for the 10mm. which is the predecessor of the .40 S&W. But some companies produce a .40 barrel for the G20, so it is possible to find one on the used market with the .40 barrel in it! The 10mm is the best semi auto chambering in my opinion, can be downloaded to make a fine target round, a Medium load for defense, and way hot loaded for hunting! The 10mm is a .40 (10.16mm) bullet with case length of just .14" (3.6mm) longer than the .40 S&W. The G20 is a fine gun, I have had one for the last 7 years and have no complaints whatsoever! ( Hey fisher, nice edit, but to clarify, Because the length of the .40 S&W casing is .85" (21.6mm) , and .99"(25.2mm) is the length of the 10mm auto casing, the difference in length is in fact just 0.14"(3.6mm).) And by the way, as per your answer on Toms inquiry, what am I supposed to be selling here? below is the link for another 10mm question I got best answer on,
