is the kick that bad on a glock 32?

should it be manageable for a larger built male that is probably stronger than average or do you have to be like extremely strong to shoot a gun like this with accuracy, even on follow up shots

No problem at all. Strength has little to do with managing recoil and placing a accurate follow up. My wife weights 100 pounds even, and she accurately shoots calibers up to .44 mag. Experience is the key.

No..it shoots a small bullet. .45 and .40 have more of a kick.

It is second only to the 10mm in recoil. The model 32 fires the .357 Sig, which is on the low end of a .357 Mag. round.
