The recent introduction of the .357 caliber GLOCKS created a whole series of GLOCK pistols that offer ammunition performance rivaling or exceeding the legendary .357 Magnum. The GLOCK 31 is the .357 counterpart to the GLOCK 17. The GLOCK 31 is a full-size pistol with a magazine capacity of 15 rounds for law enforcement.

Glock-31 Review.

The .357 sig is a great round that to me, is the perfect formula of power and accuracy. As always Glock surpasses my expectations for reliability.

357 what?

The Glock 31 pistol is a good one, but it certainly doesn't "exceed or surpass" the legendary .357 Magnum revolver cartridge developed by Smith and Wesson in the 1930s. The Glock 31 fires a .357 Sig cartridge, which was developed by Sig Arms to "suggest" similarity to the more powerful revolver round. By leaving the name "Sig" off the caliber, Glock dishonors itself and does its competitor a disservice. Such a practice calls into question other Glock claims, which is totally unnecessary because Glock pistols stand on their own without this sleight of hand.

The Good:It's a .357 Sig caliber, which slightly exceeds the .40 S&W caliber in velocity and energy.
The Bad:The pistol has no bad qualities, but it's not a .357. It is a .357 Sig caliber.
In a Nutshell:Honesty in every endeavor should be the object of companies as well as individuals. I urge Glock to give credit to Sig Arms when referring to the .357 Sig cartridge, and to S & W when referring to the .40 caliber.

.357 Sig Doubletap Ammunition

I ordered fifty rounds of .357 Sig from their URL last night.

I paid $8.64 in S&H, which I thought was pretty expensive.

Anyway, I was wanting to know if anyone had shot these from their Glock 31, 32 or 33?

If so, what were your findings?

clip carry

I have a keen interest in aquiring Glock 31 but also am very interested in clip carrying, is there anyone that knows if I could use the clip for thee 32? or of a clip carry set up for the Glock 31?

I have a mod. 31 glock and I was wondering if you could change the barrel slide and mag. to 9 mm. and have a heavy duty 9 mm. for practice and a second calibre?  Beard01

I don't own them, but my dad has: Glock 31 Mossberg 500 CA legal AR-15 And some pussy 9mm he uses for work and as his concealed carry. I think it's a Beretta, not sure. Canadians need not apply

Ruger 22 Bull Barrel A Good Gun?

I'm getting my first gun and I was going to get a Glock 31 but I've heard Rugers are better and this one is $100 cheaper and which is easier to clean?? So if anyone can help me it'd be great. Thanks!!
