Review Detail:
DSM - You can get a ten round magazine and place a "plug" in it. As long as your magazine cannot fit more than 8 rounds, it is DNR-legal. A "plug" would be any device i.e. a piece of wood or some other spacer - that will make it so that the magazine won't fit any more than 8.
