In a NutShell: All in all a great pistol. I really prefer the compacts in Glocks. This one is a keeper but I really prefer the C model in the G23.

Review Detail:

Just returned from my second range visit with the new G23. Ammo used was S&B 180gr TMJ and Fiocchi 170gr TMJ. I have put a total of about 280rds thru the Glock now. After the first visit I replaced the stock recoil rod/spring with a Glockmeister Tungsten captured rod and 20lb spring. I don't see any difference in recoil with the new set up but now my ejected brass in not going into the next county.Reliability has been 100%. Accuracy (unscientific) has been very good out to 20 yards. I can roll a beer can with every shot. Past 20 yards it becomes a little different story.
