Tried Kimber Ultra...went back to G-36...

The good qualities: Smooth, perfect feeding, accurate, recoil is non-issue, tooo early to tell but probably "Glock" durable".
The bad qualities: Only needs to come with night sights to be the perfect carry gun...I'll add them.
In a NutShell: Buy this gun, you won tbe sorry. Powerful, reliable, durable, easy to conceal, accurate, light weight, GLOCK...what more can one ask for in a carry gun?

I'm a former RECON Marine and now a PI and I carry. I switched to Glock from my Colt Gold Cup Nat'l Match in the late 80's when my wife bought me a G-17. It immediately earned its place as top carry gun due to its reliability & accuracy. Since then I have purchased the 21 (sold - I have small hands), the G-23, and the G-27. I have no complaints and have enjoyed carrying the 23 and 27, but I really longed for the 45 power. Last week I bought a Kimber Limited Edition Ultra SP II (you wont find it in the book- it was truly limited) and fired about 200 rounds of 230 ball and had a FTF about every other mag. And after shooting Glock for over 12 yrs I kept forgetting to release the thumb safety before the first shot which slowed me down on the first shot. Anyway, I sure didnt feel warm & f
