Review Detail:
Jason, Make sure all the non factory stuff is removed and that you have fired it with factory ammo.(no lead bullets) only. Detail the number and nature of the malfunctions (use the cycle of operation)and then send it back to Glock for repair. That little buggar usually works great. Glock on.
