I have owned my 23 for several years, it is a pre-(dumb ass)ban model. It is the most inherently accurate pistol i have ever seen. Anyone who has had the pleasure to fire o model 23 will agree. Those who disagree out of ignorance may be forgiven.

working at a pistol range I get to see what guns hold up to a lot of abuse and still perform. I was a 1911 shooter for a long time, but for pure performance and and toughness ready to go out of the box it is damn hard to beat the glock series pistols. Not quite perfection, nothing human is, but very damn close. Love the g22, g23 and the .40 S&W cartridge, the newest incarnation of DVC. Glock on.

GlockHater - Look I like H&K too, but your way off base on the 23 - I own both and the 23 is superior to my USP compact in every way. H&K is now comming out with a LEM trigger that, as I understand it, roughly mimics the Glocks. Sounds like an admision of Glock design superiority to me.

The Glock is the best dam gun ever made it out shoots SK SW Sig Ruger. Compaired to the Glock 23 these other guns are junk. Take it from a man that knows. I have owned the others and the Glock 23 is the best gun made today.So if you are thinking about buying a gun buy a Glock 23 40 cal it rules the roost. If you want to shoot shity scores buy another and loose the ternament.

I bought a G 23 this week and went directly to the range. I took the pistol out of the factory box and shot 50 rounds, hitting bianchi plates at about 17 yards 50 times straight without a miss. Unreal. A sweet shooter indeed.

I own this Glock 23 and I like it very well.I am a police officer in Claiborne co Tennessee. And when I am off duty I feel good when I have my 40 with me.It shoots verry good I scored a 90.6 on the shooting range when I qualified with the force.That was from the very first shot fired out of the gun . I bought it brand new from Cregs Fire Arms in Knoxville Tennessee I gave 423 dollars for the gun .
