-Feb 18 2002 I own all 3 .45 cal. Glocks, the 21, 30, & 36. I also own 6 different Les Baer .45 including an SRP 5" & a Thunder Ranch Special. I also own a H&K P7M13, a Walther, & a Smith .357 3" Performance Center (Ported). I shoot them all. They are not cheap guns, if I'm going to stake my families, friends, or my life on anything it has to work and work well, every time. Which guns do I carry most? The glock 30 & 36. They work and shoot at least as well as the other guns if not better and they carry easier. Also invest in some good holsters, no sense buying a BMW or a Mercedes Benz and then putting on some retread tires. I recommend Mitch Rosen or Galco. But there are others just as good, I've got some DeSantis & Bianchis that are real nice too. Also I recommend the Pearce grip extensions as my hands are pretty big and as a added bonus with the 36 grip extension you get to carry one more round. Yo Details..

-2/1/2002 For me the G-30 is the perfect all around gun bar none. Powerful caliber, concealable, rugged, easy to operate, easy to maintain, reliable and comfortable to shoot. I have owned a G-26 (9mm) and a G-27 (40) and in my mind both of those guns kicked more than my G-30. I have shot dozens of different types of revolvers and autos and while there may be prettier guns out there, better trigger pulls out there, higher capacity weapons and more accurate guns, in terms of an all around package I can't find ANY pistol that has as many good attributes as the G-30. My only complaint is that it doesn' t fit my hand as well as some other guns, but that's not the gun's fault and in any event it fits it well enough.
I highly recommend the G-30. The best pistol I have ever owned. Details..

-1/14/2002 I find the G-30 to be more controllable than my G-21. Loaded with lighter bullets to make up for the lost velocity of the shorter barrel the G-30 performs as well as a full size within 30 yards. Details..

-1/13/2002 It is a very accurate gun, easy to shoot and very reliable. I use it for my carry weapon and for competition, i have also installed Ashley express sights, 3.5 pound connector and extended slide release. I LOVE IT! By the way i also have a glock 26,27 and 35. I think the model 30 is the best though. Details..
