The Glock 19 is alright for a backup gun for indoor use,
but for carry, nothing will ever come close to the Kimber .45....
One shot, one kill...........
And this is one hell of an accurate .45.........
My Kimber polymer holds 14+1, and the grip in no wider
than the stock 1911.........

Owns my G19 for about 2 years. Fired around 9000 rounds, some of them under stress with only one malfunction, primer too hard. Can fix this by butting in an amphibious conversion. My carrie ammo is Winchester Ranger XPT +P+. I will only swop my G for another one

Have owned a Glock 17 for 10 years and a G19C with an extra standard barrel for three. Both are extremely accurate shooters. Drawbacks to the 17 is the overall gun size for some and the tendancy to stovepipe bullets if shot limp-wristed but great for long range accuracy, recoil control(because of size) and higher muzzle velocity because of slighty longer barrel than 19. Drawback to 19C is pronounced flash from compensator when firing certain ammo and slighty less velocity than 17 but great for compactness, still great accuracy and quick follow-up shots with "C" model. IMO, buy a 17C or 19C and then buy the standard Glock barrel for each. If you like the higer velocity but not flash use the standard barrel. And if you don't mind a little more flash and lower velocity but faster shot placement use the comp.

Just bought Glock 19.......AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
Shot 500 rounds thru it ....worked flawlessly!Love the way it feels in hand and is well balance.
Purchased M-6 laser/illuminator....fits together
like it factory.....and very accurate!

My father is a police officer and carries the M21 and loved his glock, he has talked me in to getting one, I personally prefer the Glock M19 for myself, it is smaller yet not as small as other bodies, and I know from my father that the Glock will always be a reliable fire arm.

I own Glock 21, 22, and 23. 22 is the best gun
I have ever owned, and I own about 23 guns.
Glocks are ugly, but they are the best guns
in the world..... and I have HKs, SIGs, S+W,
berrettas, etc , etc as well.
