This little "Beast" is the finest CCW weapon I have. Whether it is 15ft or 50yrds it matters not. The flat powerfull trajectory of this round is phenominal! With rounds through this "Pitbull" traveling upwards of 1600 fps and delivering 747 ft. lbs of energy to the intended target makes this guy an unsurpassed STOPPER! It is easily concealed and packs a MASSIVE punch. For the citizen that can master this Glock,will find it is the only choice. This G-29 will literally digest any ammo on the market without a single hiccup!
If you have to lay your life on the line this is the companion you want! Dont leave home without it! Your life may depend on it.

I have owned many so-called Magnum Pistols(1911 45/Desert Eagle .50/Glock 29 10mm...which I refer to as a .40 cal. Magnum because of longer .40 cal. case and oversize primer)
I have no felt recoil problem with 1911 45,a little recoil issue with Glock 29,and substantial recoil issue with Desert Eagle .50 even though all are fine Magnum Pistols. Considering the Glock 29 10mm power and slightly smaller then Colt 1911 .45,this is the only Pistol to consider if you want to be sure of'blowing somebody away'with one or two shots.
When I am qualifying for CCW on Firing Line with my Glock 29,when I shoot the people to my left and right can feel the pressure wave hit them as the 3 foot flame exits the front Barrel...WOW! When we fire on order from Instructor the sound is;bang...bang...BOOM...bang...,guess which one was the 10mm Glock 29!(the BOOM!)

I have seven (7) glocks. The one thats always with me is th 29.I Naver go anywhere with out it. Just go to the range and shoot it. and you are going to say yeah baby. Try it , you'll see.

The same unit was sampled with a Heckler & Koch 45 USP (Noting the differences in Cal.) This unit Failed to malfunction even after Stress-tested past 10,000 Rounds.
Conclusion: Glock was not helpful is offering a solution. Even without all the data Glock officials quickly handed off responsibility for malfunctions on ammo.

I got a Glock 29 10mm sub-compact a few weeks ago and finally got out to shoot it. I had heard talk that it was going to be a lot to handle. I was pleasantly surprised when it proved to be a non-event. Recoil was not at all bad. True, I have a lot of experience with magnum pistols, but I felt that I could shoot all day with little or no wear on my hands or wrist. Though the gun is smaller then my Glock 22C it is noticeably heavier. All in all, it is a great gun that I would recommend to anyone who feels they need a little (lot) of extra power.

This piece was a little hard to get used to at first. The extra-power in the 10mm vs. the .40 cal can really be felt with the short barrel. After changing my grip to use my index finger as a guide and my middle finger for trigger, accuracy and overall comfort of firing increased significantly. Glock said it all with the reised letters on the case: "Glock Perfection"

I recently bought my 29, and all I have to say is "Awesome!!!" Feed it anything, it goes. Take it anywhere, it performs. All in all, the best gun for my money!
