I have had my 34 now for a month. Its very reliable with any ammo i have used. I can consistantly get two inch groups at 15 yards which as a fairly new shooter i love. The weight and size of the gun are spot on for me. Bringing it to bear and getting a good sight picture is very fluid. Great gun, i would recommend it to anyone.

Like my other two glocks,19 and 30, the 34 is absolutely reliable and accurate out to 25 meters. It is an outstanding competion gun right out of the box except for the stock plastic sites. I actually like the stock sites on my 19 and 30 because at typical 7 yard distance a defensive gun is used at I never see much of the sites anyway. But for a competitive weapon there are mush better choices so I well be seeing a set of meprolites in the near future. The supposed 3.5 pound trigger I can not till any difference from my glock 30 and 19 5.5 pound triggers. This is a hell of a nice gun out to 25 to 30 meters but is no match for my kimber 1911 beyond that distance.

I've been shooting a Glock 34 for one year, shooting USPSA and IDPA competitions. The gun has performed without fault with great accuracy. The only downside to it's performance is the travel / staging in the trigger pull, which takes more time and effort than a true single action pull. This slows my time slightly. The upside to the "staging" trigger is that it becomes allowable for shooting BUG, wheareas the XD and other Glock knock-offs disqualify on this matter. I'm not a preacher of Glock dogma and am not crazy about the hard plasticly feel, but for solid value and raw performance you can't beat Glock.

I´ve had my GLOCK for three years, and i am very pleased with the gun. The durability, non-trouble , easy strip, made the gun famous over night. I´ve shot app. 15000 rounds, and no trouble at all. It´s incredible how a simple pistol like the 34 perform. I dont think the trigger is that bad, and i have certanly experiend worse. I also like the way it look - simple , but tough. It works in all weather cold or warm , it jus doesn´t matter. I could point out one thing that stinks. The sights. I´ve chanched mine to Heine pro , which are great. That was the icing of the cake. In my oppinion with a GLOCK 34 you can´t go wrong. In Norway we got the 17 clip. So it´s a powerfull piece of handgun . J NORWAY

After a great deal of research, I decided on the Glock 34. Shooting IDPA with a Glock 19 for a few years, I was convinced the Glock is a viable platform. I selected the 34 based on economics. My reloading press is already set up for 9x19, so that eliminated an additional expense. In addition, the recoil response of the 9x19 is comfortable for me. Next load development was streamlined, as the list of powders and bullets was gathered and used. I was able to quickly devise a load which satisfied power factor requirements and still deliver circa 1.25 inch accuracy at 25 yards. After a series of low/no light shooting, the flash signature was neglible. Running out of Blade-Tech gear, I was able to get satisfying drill times. I was able to manage sub 2 Bill Drills, splits ranging from .15 to 18. From the holster, .89 to 1.05 first shot on the A zone from 7 yards was possible. While most comm

After attending a three shooting class at Blackwater a few months ago I noticed the majority of instructors carried the 34, thats impressive because all these guys ever do is shoot. I tried one out and prefered the handling of the gun over any other Glock model I have shot, especially combined with a M3 light. The only problem I had with it personally was the extended mag release dug into my hand when shooting. Most of the guys there told me that they file theirs down a bit.
